As the Program & Meetings Associate for this mission-driven association, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality learning experiences, both in-person and online. Working closely with the team, you will coordinate logistics, event registration, communications, and continuing education efforts that support this association’s broad community. This is a collaborative, fast-paced role ideal for someone who brings a strong attention to detail, a polished presence, and a natural enthusiasm for pulling off well-run events.Key Responsibilities:Support the planning and delivery of conferences, meetings, webinars, virtual events, and continuous learning opportunities.Manage attendee registration and inquiries using strong customer service, always following through tasks start-to-finish.Assist with communications, including speaker outreach, attendee updates, and post-event reporting metrics.Research, compile and present learning content ideas to the team, tracking trends, industry needs and certification compliance. Provide materials to maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders and drive successful events. Support additional event processes and opportunities such as certificates, surveys, and recordkeeping.Ensure compliance across the association with credentialing for continuous learning and tracking efforts surrounding programming needs. You have at least two years of experience in events or conference-heavy environments involving continuous learning credits. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Detail-driven. You can juggle multiple priorities while keeping an eye on the small stuff.Tech-comfortable. You’ve worked with tools like Zoom, event registration systems, learning platforms, and Excel.People-focused. You’re responsive, upbeat, and spectacular at follow-through.Analytical.
