Job Summary (ICU RN Float Pool): Provide nursing care to patients in all critical care units, including ICU, ER, and ER hold areas Float as needed to Medical Telemetry/Step-Down and PACU for patient holds Deliver patient care based on BLS and ACLS protocols Utilize EPIC EMR for all documentation and charting Assignments may include limited ER patient loads Ensure safe and effective care for diverse and complex patient populations Adhere to minimal requested time off (RTO) policy Must have at least 2 years' experience in a comparable facility Complete all required demographic information, including submission of a badge-appropriate photo You'll never receive recurrent notifications, aggressive phone calls, or overbearing messages from us.
