Line Manager I

Objective:The Line Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of line service and customer service departments._________________________________________________________________________________________________Primary Responsibilities:Operational leadership with a strong focus on understanding and executing the safety SOPs and Flightline FundamentalsDemonstrate strong understanding of proprietary Prep7 and CrewOne frameworksCreate daily plans to ensure safe operations and customer service excellenceTeam communication including daily shift huddles, safety meetings, and monthly employee meetings; keeping employees apprised of company news and upcoming events.Collaborate with customer service and line service to ensure both departments work as oneReview schedule daily to ensure staffing meets demand and there is proper coverageProvide solutions when customers have problems and ensure that the solutions are tailored and specific to the customer.Conduct Ascendant observations dailyWork with the GM and HR on observations and safety violationsDaily inspection of facilities and employees for uniform standardsConduct daily practice sessions to ensure skill developmentMeet and establish relationships and regular meetings with all customers, Titan fuel and airport staffPerform daily inspections on equipment position, lockout/tagout as needed and monitor PPE levelsConduct daily facility, ramp, and hangar walkthroughsAdditional administrative functions include employee scheduling, self-audits, winter preparedness, fuel management and fuel QC audits, training record audits, response to safety audits, filing worker's compensation claims and OSHA 300 logsQualifications:3 years' management experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Strong operational knowledge.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong skills developing direct reports and building effective teamsStrong organizational skills.Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.Valid driver's license.Stable job historyPhysical requirements:* Physically able to perform frequent walking, stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, and grasping actions.* May be required to work nights and weekends.We're an equal opportunity employer.
