Schedule
Monday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 5:45 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: Closed (occasional Fridays may be required based on business needs)
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Greet and welcome patients with a positive, professional attitude
Schedule appointments and manage the daily patient calendar
Answer phones and assist patients with questions and concerns
Verify insurance benefits and process patient paperwork
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
Help create a warm, efficient, and patient-focused office environment
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
Previous dental or healthcare front office experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with dental software is a plus
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
