Janitorial Floor Crew Lead

Currently hiring for FT Floor Crew/Special Projects Lead Employees report to our office in Albion. Work is conducted primarily on 2nd shift, M-F, but candidates must have the flexibility to work other shifts as needed, including weekends (rare), dependent on the needs of the customer. This job is perfect for you if you have strong leadership and decision making capabilities, like learning new things and enjoy doing a variety of different tasks in a variety of different facilities. The floor/special projects crew is responsible for: Stripping/finishing, scrubbing, and burnishing floors Prepping and Refinishing gym floors Kaivacing/scrubbing bathrooms Construction and top/down cleans Janitorial Fill In Windows Other projects as assigned The successful Floor Crew/Special Projects Lead will possess: Strong leadership skills Ability to work independently Ability to problem solve and work through issues Ability to delegate tasks and ensure quality control A valid driver's license is required.
