No cold calling. No self-sourcing. You'll have consistent, high-intent borrowers routed directly to you, a dedicated operations team handling conditions, and the platform to lead from the front.If you're already the person your peers turn to this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Producer:Field live inbound transfers from qualified borrowers with no self-sourcing requiredConsult borrowers, structure loans, quote competitive rates, and lock with confidenceMaintain a high-volume personal pipeline with accurate documentation in SalesforceEnsure all origination activity adheres to FNMA guidelines, TILA regulations, and Fair Housing lawsAs a Team Lead:Coach and develop a team of Loan Officers through real-time feedback, call shadowing, and objection-handling guidanceMonitor team performance metrics including conversion rates, lock volume, and pipeline healthSupport LOs in structuring complex loan scenarios and serve as the first escalation point before issues reach managementContribute to new hire onboarding and reinforce compliance standards across the teamQualificationsActive NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license requiredProven track record of high-level personal production in mortgage originationPrior experience mentoring, training, or informally leading other LOsStrong command of loan structuring, pricing margins, and underwriting guidelinesAbility to build rapport quickly, navigate objections, and advise confidently in a fast-paced environmentA natural communicator who leads by exampleCompensation100 BPS flat payout on personal production — no rollbacks, no tiered structuresAdditional Team Lead compensation determined at the offer stage based on team size and scopeWeekly performance incentives, cash bonuses, and floor competitionsBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off and Sick Days401(k) Retirement Plan with 4% company matchOn-site fitness center, barber shop, hair salon, and nail salon at our Troy, MI headquartersMonthly chiropractor visits, wellness pop-ups, and team-building eventsHow to ApplyApply with your updated resume on LinkedIn or contact us directly at careers@lendingforce.com
