Order Management Representative
This position prioritizes daily orders in various Salesforce queues to ensure on-time delivery to our customers. Work with team members and leadership for opportunities in how we track and manage our orders through the system that will drive customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, customer service, and management teams. Responsible for upholding the values and culture of the department through positivity and teamwork. Act as a support system for internal and external customers. Serve our customers with passion, purpose and excellence while adhering to company policies and procedures.Job Responsibilities Manage Daily Order QueuesMonitor and close pending and aging ordersUtilize Salesforce Dashboards to manage your closed casesFollow order requirements for third party payers and other contracts for all marketsWork with distribution and manufacturing facilities when requested to support customer needsAdvise and inform management on customer fulfillment escalationsMeet or exceed all established scorecard requirements.Successfully complete all Trainings/assessments with an 80% or better outcomePerform other duties/responsibilities as assignedJob RequirementsMinimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements Education (i.e., 4-year college degree, license, certification)Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceExperience (i.e., years of work experience related to the job)2 Years Minimum of Professional Customer Service or Manufacturing experience preferredOracle Order Management and CRM experience preferredKnowledge / Technical RequirementsStrong computer foundation with ability to multi-task between numerous applicationsCompetencies, Skills & AbilitiesEffective communication skills required.Previous experience where attention to detail is necessary for job successProfessionalism in appearance, demeanor, and communicationOrganizational skillsPositive "can do" attitudeAbility to work independently and get along well in a team environmentNatural attitude toward helping people and resolving issuesAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize workAdept at software and reporting systemsAbility to develop and document processesStrong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize heavy workloadsExemplify Starkey's core valuesSalary And Other CompensationThe target pay range for this position is between $20.36- $25.24 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results.
