Beverage Equipment ManagerThe Beverage Equipment Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of beverage dispensing equipment. This role ensures all equipment operates efficiently, meets safety standards, and supports business operations across locations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of beverage equipment across all assigned locationsCoordinate installation, removal, and relocation of beverage systemsSchedule and oversee preventive maintenance and repairsMonitor P&L and work to keep spend on or below targeted budgetSupervise and support technicians or third-party service providersOversee the control inventory of parts, tools, and equipmentEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulationsTrack equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacementsManage vendor relationships and service contractsControl budgets related to maintenance, repairs, and capital expendituresTrain staff on proper equipment use and basic troubleshootingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Operations Management, or related field (preferred)3–7 years of experience in equipment maintenance, food & beverage operations, or a similar roleStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with beverage systemsKnowledge of safety and sanitation standards (e.g., food service regulations)Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectivelySkills & CompetenciesProblem-solving and analytical thinkingLeadership and team managementStrong communication and organizational skillsVendor and contract managementAttention to detail and compliance focusBasic budgeting and cost controlWork EnvironmentCombination of office and field workFrequent travel between locationsMay require lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spacesOn-call availability for emergency repairsWe offer a competitive salary of $85k-$95k. Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
