Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with some remote work flexibility. The CMO will oversee medical operations, lead clinical strategy, and support the development and implementation of healthcare solutions powered by our AI technology. Responsibilities include providing medical leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to strategic planning to enhance the patient experience and organizational goals. Qualifications Strong background in Medicine, with current medical licensure and clinical expertise.Proficiency in Utilization Management and knowledge of Managed Care practices.Experience in Medical Affairs, including overseeing clinical governance and compliance.Ability to contribute to Strategic Planning and developing innovative healthcare solutions.Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Experience with technology-driven healthcare solutions is a plus.Commitment to patient-focused, compassionate care.Advanced degree (e.g., MD, DO) required; additional certifications in healthcare management are preferred.
