Nurse Practitioner | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Miles City , TX Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the PositionLocumJobsOnline is working with SalviaCore Solutions to find a qualified Internal Medicine NP in Miles City , Texas!ResponsibilitiesPerform one-time, non-treatment C&P physical exams and separation health assessments.Conduct primarily interview-based exams supported by physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing.Evaluate and diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions, including proficiency in METs testing.Submit detailed medical reports and address any necessary addendums or medical opinions.Focus exclusively on evaluation; no prescribing of medications or ongoing treatment is required. Qualifications & CredentialingActive and unrestricted full Nurse Practitioner license.AANP Certification.Proficiency in METs testing and evaluating/diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified.Ability to perform General Medicine evaluations.Owner of a laptop (non-Apple/Mac products required for system compatibility).Submission of a CV including the current home address.Provision of License and Certification numbers at the time of application.A NPDB Self-Query report pulled within the last 30 days is required for presentation.If schooling was completed outside of the U.S., a copy of the ECFMG certificate is required.Disclosure of active military duty, reserve status, or current VA employment.For providers using their own office: Must provide comprehensive office photos and documentation verifying handicap accessibility and compliance with safety standards. What We OfferDaily Rate: $1,200 flat rate for shifts of 5 hours or longer (inclusive of exam time, report submission, and addendums).Half-day Rate: $600 flat rate for shifts of 4 hours or less.Bonus: A one-time $650 bonus upon completion of all required training and the performance of initial exams.Streamlined credentialing and onboarding process.A professional environment focused on supporting the Veteran community.
