The team is dedicated to offering high-quality service within the real estate investment sector.Role DescriptionThis full-time Senior Manager role is based in Columbia, SC. The Senior Manager will be our Investors first contact and responsible for growth of market. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of various teams, develop and execute strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include managing team performance, monitoring project deadlines, optimizing workflows, and fostering collaboration across departments. The role will also involve providing leadership that drives growth, improves client satisfaction, and enhances operational efficiency.QualificationsProven leadership skills, including team management and the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams toward achieving goalsStrategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and implement efficient solutionsKnowledge of real estate investment, property management, and project management is highly preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster client relationships and cross-functional collaborationProficiency with relevant software tools for project and team managementBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management, or a related field required; advanced degree is a plusSouth Carolina Real Estate or Property Manager in Charge licenseExperience in Single Family Scattered Site Real Estate or investment-focused industries is an advantage
