Our work environment includes:Fast-paced environmentDemanding at timesHands On work with management involvedCasual work attireOn-the-job training Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for customers by phone, email, and other communication channels.Enter, process, and manage customer orders accurately.Provide pricing, product information, availability, lead times, order status, and technical/product support as appropriate.Reviewing orders for completeness and forwarding incomplete orders for further processing.Informing customers about prices, shipping dates, and anticipated delays.Obtaining customers' details and billing information (when applicable), and entering the information correctly on the order form.Notifying departments when supplies of items are low, or when orders could deplete available supplies.Preparing invoices, shipping documents, and contracts.Process and apply credit card transactions against immediate payment customers.Coordinating with production client requirements on custom orders received to ensure accuracy and completeness.Inspecting outgoing orders to ensure compliance with customer specifications.Processing invoices, shipping documents, labels, and any other related documents for financial processing.Point of contact for RMA process and completing proper paperwork to initiate and complete entire process.Handle customer complaints, returns, credits, replacements, and warranty-related inquiries.Liaising with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or delivery personnel to trace or accelerate shipments.Filing purchase orders and all supporting documents accurately and timely in client files.Answering phones and routing calls to the appropriate staff members, as well as handling order desk inquiries.Requirements:Associate degree minimum, bachelor's degree preferred.Accounting processing/transactions understanding - 3 years minimumBilingual in SpanishComputer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheet software, and database applications.The ability to handle customer complaints in a professional and calm manner.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical thinking, and excellent attention to detail.Superb time management skills and the ability to coordinate team activities.QuickBooks EnterpriseCompany DescriptionBotron Company, Inc. is a leading provider of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) products and solutions.
