Upper Level Admin. Asst./Sales & Mktg Support

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Upper Level Administrative Assistant to support our sales and marketing team. This role requires a proactive individual with strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various computer applications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in office administration, customer service, and clerical duties is essential to ensure smooth daily operations and effective support for our sales and marketing initiatives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Be the first point of contact for our company by answering incoming calls and routing them appropriately. Welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries as needed Coordinate customer purchase orders, sales quotes, and work orders. Manage receipt and input of vendor invoices/packing slips. Keep inventory of office supplies and order thru Malissa when necessary. Maintain customer confidentiality and rights. Perform other work duties as assigned. Provide administrative and Sales & Marketing assistance. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Professional appearance. Positive, Outgoing Attitude Reliability is a must. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be proactive when issues arise. Demonstrates good use of time and resources. Excellent organizational and data entry skills. Multitasking with the ability to prioritize tasks. External and internal customer service attitude. Capable of working independently. Thorough and consistent examination of documents and forms. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have High School diploma. Associates degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of general office experience. Sales Experience preferred. Require QuickBooks experience, E2 software experience is a plus. Excellent MS Excel and MS Word skills. Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills, with an eye for detail. Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, and exhibit effective problem-solving skills.
