This role integrates curriculum design, faculty development, institutional capacity-building, and working with the external evaluator to support with rigorous mixed-methods evaluation strategy to ensure high-quality implementation, meaningful learning outcomes, and long-term sustainability of the testimony-centered Speaker-Listener-Witness framework.The Manager provides leadership in instructional design, supports faculty across all disciplines, oversees all evaluation activities involving 900 students across five survey timepoints, and collaborates with stakeholders to embed project outcomes into academic and co-curricular structures for institutionalization beyond the grant periodFull-Time Equivalent: 1.0 FTEDuration: 4-year grant-funded positionStart Date: Month 1 of the grant period (depending on onboarding schedule)Travel: Required across OSU campusesSchedule: Some evening or weekend availability requiredRequired QualificationsBachelor's (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start dateBachelor's degree or higher in counseling, clinical psychology, social work, educational research, program evaluation, or a related field.Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, faculty development, or instructional design.Experience with mixed-methods program evaluation, including statistical analysis and qualitative methodologies.Familiarity with statistical software such as R, SPSS, or Stata.Knowledge of IRB processes and ethical research standards.Strong written and interpersonal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsDoctoral or master's degree in higher education, curriculum studies, program evaluation, social science research, or related discipline.Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:Active clinical license (LPC, LCSW, etc.) or eligibility for licensure in Oklahoma.Record of peer-reviewed publication.Skills, Proficiencies, and/or KnowledgeExperience in multi-site higher education initiatives.Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SPSS, or Stata.Familiarity with civic engagement, dialogue pedagogy, or student development frameworks.Record of scholarly publications or conference presentations.Experience with academic governance and curriculum approval processes.Advertised: 27 Feb 2026 Central Standard TimeApplications close:
