HYBRID Onsite 3 days/weekDuration: 12+ MonthsTop Skills:•            10+ years of experience in s cellular radio frequency engineering role required, experience with a mobile network operator preferred.•            Advanced proficiency in ATOLL RF modeling tool required.•            Extensive experience in creating technical documentation, network diagrams, and maps Key Responsibilities: •            Conduct link budget calculations to determine optimal power levels for link balance.•            Model RF coverage and quality (RSRP/SINR) to accurately assess signal strength and coverage.•            Estimate throughput to evaluate data capacity across various network environments.•            Perform statistical analysis of RF coverage to ensure deployment objectives will be met.•            Develop and maintain Radio Frequency Design Sheets (RFDS) and RF CIQ documents.•            Plan network frequency allocations, including PCI and RSI.•            Define search ring locations and adjust network designs as required throughout the buildout.•            Support hardware selection to accommodate any physical site constraints.•            Identify, mitigate, and resolve interference issues within the network and between neighboring networks to maintain signal quality and network performance.•            Calculate and mitigate Passive Intermodulation (PIM).•            Create maps for network infrastructure elements and coverage plots.•            Define, monitor, and analyze network performance KPIs to identify and resolve network issues.•            Optimize radio network parameters to improve network performance.•            Troubleshoot issues affecting network quality, such as session drops, and low data throughput.•            Conduct capacity planning to ensure the network can accommodate growth.•            Propose action plans for continuous network improvement.•            Definition of drive test clusters, oversight of drive testing, maintenance of drive test database, and drive test post-processing.•            Collaborate with management, project managers, and site acquisition teams to ensure project alignment with technical requirements and site development timelines.
