As a Client Service Associate I, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients. This hybrid position allows you to work in-office three days a week, fostering collaboration and connection with your team while contributing to key business outcomes such as client retention, satisfaction, and operational excellence. Rooted in "The Gallagher Way," our shared values propel us toward greatness, and we invite you to be part of this legacy.How you'll make an impactIn this role, you'll be at the heart of our client service operations, ensuring seamless workflow processes and providing routine client support. You'll collaborate closely with the Client Service Manager or Supervisor to enhance Gallagher's value to our clients and prospects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Supporting the business priorities of production team members and the client service function.Adhering to efficiency and productivity standards, including data and document requirements, timelines, and tool usage.Assisting with the branch's overall workflow processes to ensure smooth operations.Creating essential documents, certificates, and reports using appropriate systems and resources.Managing certificates of insurance, processing endorsements, handling billing and invoicing related needs, etc.Managing ad hoc projects to support team functions.By contributing to these efforts, you'll help protect our clients, reduce their total cost of risk, and foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement.About YouHere's what you'll bring to the role:A high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of directly applicable experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to use technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to explain complex issues in simple terms and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.Preferred qualifications include an associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience, as well as previous experience managing client relationships.Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
