Quality Inspector

Quality Control Inspector – 1st Shift Pay Range: $19–$23/hour (based on experience) Location: Southbridge, MA We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team on 1st shift. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring products meet critical quality and performance standards before they move to the next stage of production. Responsibilities: Perform visual, mechanical, and dimensional inspections on small electronic and/or mechanical components Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments Interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly Identify nonconforming materials and communicate findings to production and quality teams Assist in root-cause investigations and corrective actions when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Qualifications: Previous experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment Familiarity with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures Solid communication and documentation skills Reliability and consistency in meeting production and quality timelines Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift Compensation: $18–$23/hr, depending on experience If you're passionate about quality and want to contribute to a team producing high-reliability components, we’d love to hear from you.
