Program Supervisor/BCaBA or BCBA

We are committed to compassionate, ethical care that empowers every child to reach their fullest potential. *Position Summary* We are seeking a Program Supervisor (BCaBA or BCBA) to oversee ABA service delivery, support staff, and maintain strong relationships with clients and families. This role includes program development, staff training, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Supervisors work closely with the Director/Assistant Director to meet BACB requirements. *Key Responsibilities* * Develop, implement, and monitor ABA programs using best practices. * Supervise and mentor behavior technicians; provide ongoing training and feedback. * Conduct assessments (FBA, behavioral evaluations) and support treatment planning. * Maintain clear communication with families and multidisciplinary teams. * Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies. * Meet deadlines for documentation, assessments, program updates, and supervisory requirements. * Participate in outreach, collaboration, and community engagement. *Qualifications* * Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. * Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and client population. * Knowledge of relevant regulations, ethical standards, and best practices in ABA services. *Why Join Us?* * Competitive pay * Supportive, collaborative team culture * Opportunities for professional growth and ongoing training * Meaningful work that directly impacts children and families Work Location: Hybrid remote in El Centro, CA 92243
