Production Manager (Cleveland)

Summary: This role is a member of the leadership team and is responsible for leading the production departments of the company; Davenport, Acme, Hydromat & CNC. This role will work in partnership with the owners to plan, direct, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity.Qualifications:Five (5) or more years of senior leadership, strategic planning, and business operations experience.Five (5) years Machining or Tool Design experience.Able to use a comparator and various micrometers.Experience working in an ISO certified facility and meeting quality standards.Demonstrated ability to foster and promote a culture of trust and teamwork among production staff and leadership team.Able to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain these relationships over time.Able to inspect equipment/materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.Able to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.Able to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Gmail.Experience with an ERP System, preferred.
