By building trusted provider partnerships, you help ensure patients receive timely, coordinated care in the setting that works best for them.In this role, your work will:Help patients access infusion therapy faster and with greater confidenceSupport physicians and care teams through clarity, responsiveness, and coordinationGrow high?value referral networks within a performance?driven, patient?first organizationEvery referral represents a real person navigating a complex healthcare journey and your work helps make that journey more seamless.What You'll DoIn this role, you will:Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital systemsBuild and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge plannersEducate providers on LUX Infusion's specialty and home infusion offerings, including IG home?based and suite?based careHighlight LUX's comprehensive support model, including benefits verification, reimbursement support, patient onboarding, and care coordinationCollaborate closely with clinical, intake, and operations teams to support chronic and complex patient casesUse CRM tools to manage pipeline activity, track referral growth, and drive quota attainmentBring consistency, professionalism, and follow?through to every provider interactionWhat We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you bring:A Bachelor's degree or at least five (5) years of relevant sales experienceA minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacyA strong record of consistent, year?over?year sales performanceExperience selling complex healthcare solutions such as infusion therapy, specialty biologics, DME, or home clinical servicesComfort thriving in a fast?paced, field?based role with significant face?to?face engagementStrong communication, relationship?building, and strategic selling skillsMotivation rooted in patient?centered selling and long?term provider partnershipsBonus Points If You HaveExperience in infusion therapy, specialty biologics, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, or immunologyKnowledge of third?party reimbursement, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy workflowsExperience working with EMRs, CRM platforms, and care coordination teamsPrior success launching or expanding a territory or supporting a growth?phase organizationWhy LUX InfusionAt LUX Infusion, we believe care deserves more light more warmth, more clarity, and more connection.Here, you'll find:Purpose?driven sales work with real patient impactAutonomy to fully own your territory, supported by best?in?class clinical and operational teamsA collaborative, performance?driven cultureCompetitive total rewards including $90,000$120,000 annually, uncapped commission, car allowance, gas card, and full benefitsCome help expand access to infusion care across Southern California and see what's possible when care comes first.Pay Range/Rate$90,000 - $120,000 USD
