Texas Licensed Sales Supervisor
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Sales NSS (PL - Direct Distribution).
Key Responsibilities:
Achieves production objectives by supervising new business agent activities and coaching agents to meet sales goals
Provides input into planning and monitoring sales plans and objectives, analyzing results for improvements
Facilitates training for direct sales agents on products, sales techniques, and regulatory practices
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate studies in insurance, marketing, business administration, or related field preferred; college degree is a plus
State licensing required for property/casualty and life products; must acquire licenses within designated time
Five or more years of experience in sales and service of property/casualty and life insurance
At least two years of insurance industry experience, with some supervisory and call center exposure preferred
Advanced knowledge of personal lines and life insurance products, sales techniques, and regulatory requirements
