Our goal is to be the premier financial technology partner to financial institutions everywhere.The company is headquartered in Peachtree Corners, GA, with regional teams across the United States.Job SummaryAlogent is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to bring a strong sense of technical knowledge and sales skills to the team at Alogent to help drive sales growth. This role requires bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer needs, supporting the sales team with in-depth technical and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will remain updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, helping Alogent to maintain our competitive edge in the market.Important Note: Applicants for employment in the United States must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Alogent.This position will be considered hybrid with 2-3 day in office requirement.ResponsibilitiesConduct product demonstrations and address highly technical questions with prospective clients and current customers, both onsite and onlineActively participate in the sales discovery processCollaborate with the Sales organization to understand client needs and present tailored solutionsPosition Alogent products vs competition in highly competitive sales cyclesMaintain deep knowledge of Alogent products and services and upcoming featuresSupport sales cycle by addressing technical questions and concernsPrepare for meetings and tailor communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales processAssist in proposal development, RFP responses and solution architectureStay current on competitive landscape and understanding differentiators between Alogent and its competitorsReport potential product gaps or potential enhancements to Product Management as they are identifiedAttend conferences as required to evangelize Alogent's productsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field desiredIdeal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working with financial institutions in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering roleStrong understanding of banking software, fintech solutions, and financial services.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical skillsAbility to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audiencesAbility to understand and capture business and technical requirementsAbility to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possibleProblem solver who takes initiative to get things doneKnowledge of strategic, conceptual and consultative sellingAbility to travel as needed for client meetings and presentationsCompetitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Program, Flexible Spending Account, Group Accident, Critical Illness, Pet Insurance, Identity Protection Program and long-term careExcellent 401(k) plan with company matchPaid time off (PTO) and HolidaysPaid voluntary time off (VTO) dayWellness programsMonthly educational sessions for employeesA knowledgeable, high-achieving, experienced, and fun team#J-18808-Ljbffr
