And about becoming a better, smarter, stronger version of ourselves.PURPOSEThe Project Assistant I leverages the time of all project team members by providing administrative, basic accounting, and document organization support necessary for successful construction project procurement and execution. This role also involves performing specific corporate duties assigned by authorized personnel and undergoing periodic rotational tasks within the organization.RESPONSIBILITIESProject Administration:Creation, organization, maintenance, and distribution of: Weekly progress reportsDrawing indexInsurance and Workman's Compensation certificatesSafety Policy for project vendorsSubcontractor compliance documentationOperation and Maintenance (O&M) manualsAs-built drawingsAssistance in proposal creation and preparationMeeting notes creationScheduling project team daily calendarProject Accounting:Uploading estimates into ViewpointAssisting in processing invoicesUpdating forecastingCreating client billingsAged receivable follow-upGenerating subcontracts and purchase ordersThe job description outlines primary responsibilities but does not limit additional duties that may be assigned by authorized personnel.
