Apply today!ResponsibilitiesSnow RemovalConduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they're operating efficiently and make any needed repairs.Work order maintenance requests as assignedKeep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last servicedInspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairsExecute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risksQualificationsMust have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalentStellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethicValid Driver's license and transportation requiredStrong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and proceduresAt least 2 years of maintenance experienceApplicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
