Role Description Pine Park Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for an on-site role based in Phoenix, ND. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive healthcare services to residents of senior living communities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting patient assessments, managing chronic and acute conditions, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, and developing personalized care plans. The role also involves educating patients and caregivers, documenting clinical information, and collaborating with the Pine Park Health team to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications Experience in patient care, assessment, and chronic disease managementStrong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skillsProficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentationEffective communication and team collaboration skillsCompassionate approach to elderly care with a patient-centered mindsetActive Nurse Practitioner license in North Dakota (or eligibility for licensure)Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP, FNP, or another applicable specialty)Experience in senior care or geriatrics is a preferred qualificationAbility to work on-site and adapt to the needs of a dynamic healthcare environment
