For the past 3 years, we've been honored to be awarded as a Best Places To Work in PA, and as an Inc. 5000 fastest‐growing company!We are seeking a part‐time team member to support our payroll clients by working up to 15‐20 hours per week with the possibility of more hours in the future if desired. Mondays and Tuesdays are expected to be the heaviest days, but availability throughout the week is important to address any issues that may arise.What you'll doServe as a payroll subject matter expert for our team, providing coaching, guidance, and training to our team membersOversee regular payroll processing activities for specific clients, collaborating with clients on payroll‐related needsServe as a main contact for payroll information for audits, benefits census data, worker's compensation reviews, etc.Manage payroll compliance items such as year‐end tasks, state‐specific regulations, etc.Assist with employee benefits administration, reporting, and payroll‐related setup as neededManage payroll implementations, transitions, or other large‐scale payroll‐related projectsWork with multiple Payroll and HR Technology solutionsProvide support for specialized payroll client projectsBuild and run custom payroll reportsConduct payroll auditsWhat you need to thrive in this roleAlign with our Core Values: Embrace learning & growth; Deliver a 5‐Star experience; Do what you say and own what you do; Foster empathy and respect; Think beyond the taskExperience: 5+ years of payroll experience working at an independent levelEducation: A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR or related field, and/or a CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM‐CP, SHRM‐SCP certificate or willingness to become certifiedSoftware Skills: Must be well‐versed in MS Office and various software as we are a cloud‐based company, Workday and ADP experience a plusModern & Progressive Approach: Align with our philosophy of keeping up with trends and offer new ideas with a modern approachAdaptability: Excel at relationship building and adapting to a diverse customer baseWearefocused on equality & inclusion: Webelieve deeply in diversity and all thefascinating characteristics that makeuseach uniqueAbout usmyHR Partner helps people.
