Position: AWS CloudOps Support EngineerLocation: RemoteShift: Anytime Between 07 AM - 07 PM CST (40 hrs a week)Employment: ContractJob Description:As a CloudOps Support Engineer you’ll support for AWS cloud infrastructure and platform services.Mandatory: Healthcare Software IT, HIPAA, DevOps and SRE practices, CloudOps (AWS), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Monitoring, Security, Automation and other Cloud Operations related technologiesDuties: Provide L2 and L3 support for AWS cloud infrastructure and platform servicesSupport CloudOps activities during the 7 AM – 7 PM Central US time support windowAct as a module-level technical owner for cloud environments, ensuring availability and reliabilityManage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutionsProactively identify and implement automation to reduce manual operational effortDesign and implement QA and infrastructure validation automation, especially during lean periodsDrive delivery value through ticket reduction, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvementsEnsure compliance with healthcare security, privacy, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with application teams, security, QA, and onshore stakeholdersSupport cloud releases, environment provisioning, and post-deployment validationsMentor junior engineers and promote best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement
