Production Kit Cutter TechnicianCTL Aerospace is a full service NADCAP certified composite-manufacturing company providing services to the major aerospace and governmental organizations since 1946. CTL specializes in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures.We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as a Kit Cutter Technician at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).ResponsibilitiesRead and understand Manufacturing plansBasic computer skills.Attention to detail in verifying material expiration dates, correct materials, completing kits, documentation, etc.Set up, adjust and operate a Gerber material cutter machine and other equipment and devices.Must understand and able to use standard measuring toolsAble to apply proper material handling procedures and measure material usage.Prepare materials for machine cuttingAssemble cut materials into kitsPrepare kits for storage per material handling policiesCorrectly document all required informationIdentify kits for storageMinor machine maintenance and upkeep Job Requirements Natural born U.S. Citizen or Green Card HolderHS Graduate or GEDMust have strong work ethic with attention to quality.Ability to interact with people on the shop floor, good social skills, and able to work with diverse work groups.Must have excellent communication skillsStrong attention to detail.Must be able to work in a manufacturing environmentAble to stand/walk for 8 hr. shiftAble to lift 75 lbs.Reliable transportationCTL Aerospace will provide a pay rate commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package.To learn more about our company, please visit http://www.ctlaerospace.com.CTL Aerospace is an EEO/M/F/Disability/VET and Drug Free Employer
