Technical Program Manager

5 years of work experience, or 2-3 years of relevant experience either in CPG delivery teams or with a Top-Tier consulting firmSAFe® (or noteworthy alternative) Scrum Master certificationProject management experience, including balancing schedules, costs, and timelinesCredible delivery experience with proven track record of agile team leadership and/or project/product deliveryDemonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and deliver clear program/team status and action plansStrong interpersonal and leadership skills to articulate delivery plans and challenges to senior and executive leadershipAbility to work in cross-functional team environments and matrix organizationsDemonstrated ability to influence without authority, people management experience is a plusDemonstrated ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences effectively and conciselyDrive Azure DevOps best practices within and across products/programs
