Network Engineer

Our Manufacturing client based in North West Houston, is looking to add a Senior Network Engineer to their team! This is a Direct Hire opportunity with full benefits. The Ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience as a network engineer, with heavy experience working with Cisco Routers and Switches, and a strong working knowledge of Azure Cloud Networking ResponsibilitiesMonitor network performanceAdminister devices and services; routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VP, and Wi-Fi.Make sure the networks are protected from malware and virusesIdentify areas that might be under threatIdentify areas where security can be improvedInstall and maintain firewalls Qualifications7+ years of hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analyticsBachelor's Degree in computer systems engineering, network security management, information technology, or computer science.Strong Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls / Prisma access and SD WANKnowledge of Azure Cloud Networking PreferredSD-LANWireless Access PointUnifyCCNA Certification
