Seeking a replacement for the Adult Psychiatrist's future retirement for an outpatient Adult Psychiatry position. The clinic dynamic is wonderful among the providers and a good personality fit will be important to maintain. The clinic is slated to move to a newly renovated space 5 minutes from the hospital campus. Offers a 16-bed inpatient Adult Psychiatry unit for any patients needing direct admission. Independently owned Hospital in eastern, IL near Decatur.$330,000 + bonus based on RVU production. $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3). Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary). 33 days of time off. No after hours call. Current provider sees high acuity patients and acts as supervising Physician for the APPs. This is not an addiction or Suboxone center and are more focused on therapy and medication management.
