CNC Programmer

Job Responsibilities: Programming to develop 2D and 3D geometrical parts 4 and 5 axis programming using MasterCAM software Program and analyze new job orders Update existing programs and setup sheets Creates work instructions in the form of setup sheets Troubleshoots programs on the CNC Floor Identifies special tooling and requisitions Work with Manufacturing Engineers on machining processes Maintain the highest degree of safety always Other duties as assigned Requirements: 5 years’ experience programming 4 & 5 axis CNC machines using MasterCAM 5 years’CNC milling experience Tooling, fixturing, and material knowledge along with the ability to read blueprints High speed machining experience Excellent computer skills Strong communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in and thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with AS9100 & ISO is a plus Job Type: Full-time Experience: CNC Programming: 5 years (Required) MasterCAM: 5 years (Required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
