If you love a challenge, you want to make a huge impact and continuously strive for excellence, apply for a position with us today!Job ResponsibilitiesProgramming to develop 2D and 3D geometrical parts4 and 5 axis programming using MasterCAM softwareProgram and analyze new job ordersUpdate existing programs and setup sheetsCreates work instructions in the form of setup sheetsTroubleshoots programs on the CNC FloorIdentifies special tooling and requisitionsWork with Manufacturing Engineers on machining processesMaintain the highest degree of safety alwaysOther duties as assignedRequirements5 years’ experience programming 4 & 5 axis CNC machines using MasterCAM5 years’CNC milling experienceTooling, fixturing, and material knowledge along with the ability to read blueprintsHigh speed machining experienceExcellent computer skillsStrong communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience with AS9100 & ISO is a plusExperienceCNC Programming: 5 years (Required)MasterCAM: 5 years (Required)Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per yearBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule: 8 hour shiftWork Location: In personApply now!
