Travel Required.This role is responsible for developing and executing training programs while improving store operations, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience and sales performance.This is a hands-on role working closely with the District Manager, CEO, Store Managers, and retail teams.What You'll DoIdentify training needs and partner with leadership to develop effective programsTrack training completion and measure effectiveness through performance and feedbackSupport Store Managers in executing training and operational improvements in conjuction with direction from DMEvaluate employee performance, identify gaps, and implement solutionsImprove operational processes to increase efficiency and consistencyDevelop retail teams in product knowledge, customer service, and sales executionIdentify underperforming metrics and drive strategies to improve resultsEnsure stores maintain high standards in operations, appearance, and customer experienceWork in-store as needed to support staffing and team developmentWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3+ years in a supervisory role (retail experience required)Strong knowledge of retail operations, team development, and customer serviceProven ability to train, coach, and develop high-performing teamsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to think strategically and execute tacticallyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionRequirementsAbility to travel throughout Florida to support store teamsFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays (Required)Valid Florida Driver's LicenseBachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plusBenefits:401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offSalary Description
