Candidates should have experience in a services organisation delivering across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the IT or consulting industry, with a proven track record in handling large enterprise accounts in North America. Working experience with the Cards & Payments industry is a must.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts.Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly through delivery of the solutionAccount Growth:Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling data, analytics, and app development services.Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor account management teams on strategic account growth, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met consistently.Delivery Oversight:Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.Manage project risks, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful outcomes.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery, pre-sales, and operations, to provide tailored solutions to clients.Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.Qualifications and SkillsExperience:15+ years of experience (Last 10yrs + in account management ) in IT consulting, data analytics, or enterprise account management.Proven expertise in managing large enterprise accounts in North America.Leadership:Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across functions.Industry Knowledge:Strong understanding of data and analytics trends, technologies, and solutions.Business Acumen:Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to align client goals with company offerings.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).Work Mode : Remote-Candidates should be residing in the US (East Coast) & willing to travel.Work Authorisation : Permanent Residents & GC holders.Compensation : A highly competitive compensation package will be offered, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and expertise
