Talent Acquisition CoordinatorManhattan, NY / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)Phone + VideoJob DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the recruiting team by managing candidate scheduling, maintaining recruiting data, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Role ObjectivesCoordinate each stage of the candidate experience, including interview scheduling, follow-up notifications, offer package creation/distribution, and aspects of the pre-employment process.Provide exceptional support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.Serve as the point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external agencies regarding interview scheduling and offer packages.Draft offer letters in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Maintain recruiting system data integrity, including internet and social media recruitment activities.Track and maintain interview scheduling details using Excel trackers.Support recruiting and HR-related projects on an ad hoc basis.Required Qualifications & Skills0–1 year of experience in a corporate environment (full-time or internship experience accepted).Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.Strong emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to multitask, prioritize, problem-solve, and stay organized in a high-volume environment.Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, honesty, and discretion.Strong project planning and execution skills.Ability to understand and represent the employer brand to prospective candidates.Capability to build strong relationships with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruiting systems is a plus.Abhishek KumarSr. Technical RecruiterVerito Solutions - An E-verified company(Bunnell, Florida 32110)
