The IT team ensures all stages of the software development lifecycle in a secured environment and scrutinizes the deployment of proper processes along with governance. They champion Rubrik on Rubrik and are the first customers of the Engineering teams at Rubrik.Rubrik Corp IT is constructed of 100% SaaS and 0% on-premises. The IT team caters to accelerated enhancement of business value and multiple day-to-day business processes through our varied SaaS applications like Salesforce.com, Oracle Netsuite, Workday, Snowflake, Etrade, jitterbit, Allocadia, etc. This team also delivers high-paced business outcomes with 100% system uptime backed by agile, nimble, simple, but cohesive Cloud architectures.What you'll doProvide day to day Salesforce support/bugfix to our end usersThe single point of contact for all Salesforce needs on the GovCloudThe primary point of contact for the customer support team on all SFDC needs during PST hoursSupport end users in data extractions, reports, KPIs and dashboardsAbility to do Unit Testing for bug fixesMonitor and maintain the ongoing system integrations between Salesforce and other upstream/downstream applicationsWorking experience with third-parties to provide technical support, research, troubleshooting and be able to resolve issues in a timely mannerMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce functionality on new releases, customizations and integrationsCollaborate with cross-track teams to troubleshoot business system related issuesExperience you'll need2+ years of experience in Salesforce development/adminExperience in Sales and Service cloudExperience with CI/CD Devops including using tools such as: Visual Studio Code, Git, Bitbucket and JiraAbility to troubleshoot the Salesforce platform: sharing and visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex, callouts, etc.Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSLGood communication skill to work with global teamExperience in backend JavaScript is plusSOX or ITGC's experience preferredExperience in ticketing systems like JIRAAbility to reprioritize tasks and manage time to deliver results on requestsBachelor's Degree in Computer ScienceSecurity and Privacy ResponsibilitiesThis position carries special Security and Privacy Responsibilities for protecting the U.S. Federal Government's interests:Know, acknowledge, and follow system-specific security policies and procedures;Protect data and individual privacy per requirements and regulations;Perform ongoing activities in compliance with service and contractual obligations;Participate in role-based training, completing assignments on a timely basis;Report security issues promptly, and aid investigation when needed;Support controlled changes and vulnerability remediation activities; andWork collaboratively with Information Security in designing, implementing, assessing or enhancing system-specific security and privacy controls.Position Risk DesignationThis position carries duties and responsibilities involving the U.S. Federal Government's interests.
