Territory Sales Manager
Develop and execute a sales plan for the assigned territory aligned with the company’s growth goals.Manage existing distributors, OEMs, and end-user accounts while identifying expansion opportunities.Build strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing technical support.Identify and secure new business opportunities in key verticals (industrial, transportation, energy, manufacturing, etc.).Prospect and qualify new customers, presenting Sealeze solutions to decision-makers and influencers.Develop customized proposals and collaborate with engineering/inside sales on tailored solutions.Achieve sales quotas, margin targets, and new business objectives.Utilize CRM (Zoho) to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and track customer engagement.Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy.Partner with Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Management to drive campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.Provide market feedback to influence product development and innovation.Participate in trade shows, training sessions, and customer events.Position Requirements College degree and/or relevant industry experience 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in industrial, OEM, or specialty manufacturing markets.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsDemonstrated success in developing strategies, plans, and goalsExcellent computer/system skills (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and CRM (Zoho) experience Proven strategic planning and analytical skillsAbility to multitask and deliver on time Excellent customer service skillsWillingness to travel required up to 50%
