Electrician - Field Superintendent / Quality Control Manager

About RX3 CommunicationsRX3 Communications, Inc. is a HUBZone-certified, ISO 9001:2015-certified federal design-build general contractor headquartered in Reno, Nevada. We specialize in electrical, fire protection, and telecommunications systems for federal customers including NAVFAC, USACE, GSA, DLA, and IHS. Our work spans 24+ project sites nationally, with a current focus on fire protection and fire alarm system design-build projects for the U.S. Navy under a $240 million indefinite-delivery contract. We are a small, high-performing team where every person has a direct impact on the company's success. Our field staff are not anonymous bodies on a large GC's org chart — they are key members of a company that is growing rapidly and building something meaningful in the federal construction space. The RoleWe are hiring a Field Superintendent / Quality Control Manager to serve as a field leader on federal design-build projects in Northern California and Nevada. This is not a conventional superintendent or QCM position — we are specifically seeking a licensed journeyman or master electrician who can bring trade-level expertise to the field leadership role.Immediate staffing opportunityRX3 has an active solar carport construction project at the DLA Distribution Depot in Tracy, CA. This position would be staffed to that project upon hire, with future assignments across Northern California and Nevada federal facilities as additional task orders are awarded. Why an electrician? RX3 is building toward selective self-performance of fire alarm and electrical scopes on our federal contracts. Your journeyman or master electrician credential is the foundation of that capability. In addition to leading projects as superintendent or QCM, you will serve as the qualifying individual for RX3's California C-10 Electrical Contractor license, enabling the company to self-perform fire alarm installation, low-voltage systems, and eventually broader electrical scopes on federal projects. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build a self-performance capability at a growing federal contractor — not a role where you'll be one of fifty electricians on a mega-project.
