Assistant Regional Controller

Assistant Regional Controller - Up to $120k Our client, a established construction organization, is hiring an Assistant Regional Controller. This is a newly created position offering strong visibility, long-term stability, and excellent work/life balance within a family-owned company environment. The Assistant Regional Branch Controller will partner closely with branch leadership and support the day-to-day accounting and operational finance functions for a high-volume regional office. 100% Onsite with flexibility Responsibilities: Support payroll processing and certified payroll reporting Oversee accounts receivable, billing, collections, and retention reporting Assist with project accounting, job costing, and financial reporting Partner with project managers and operations on project setup, budgets, and cost tracking Review subcontractor payments, expense reports, and AP processes Assist with quarterly financial reviews, budgeting, and audit support Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and reporting requirements Qualifications: 8+ years of accounting or finance experience Construction industry experience required Strong background in project accounting, billing, payroll, and financial reporting Understanding of GAAP and operational accounting processes ERP system experience preferred (Spectrum experience is a plus) J-18808-Ljbffr
