Corporate Driver

A Monroe, NY based organization is seeking a dependable, experienced, and safety-focused Corporate Driver to provide dedicated transportation support for senior leadership. This full-time, live-out role supports a fast-paced executive environment where professionalism, discretion, and a strong security-minded presence are essential. The ideal candidate will bring not only exceptional driving skills, but also heightened situational awareness, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with a calm, protective demeanor in professional settings.The primary responsibility of this role is corporate transportation — including daily travel to business meetings, offices, airports, and corporate events within the Tri-State area. Occasional personal driving support for principals may be required as schedules dictate. This is a full-time, year-round role consisting of a Monday–Friday schedule, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role for a private family, a verified security background, and a clean driving record. Candidates must possess advanced defensive driving skills, along with a strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a commitment to passenger safety. The role requires someone who is adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Safely and efficiently transport executives to meetings, offices, airports, and events throughout the Tri-State areaConduct advance route planning and monitor traffic, weather, and security considerations to ensure timely and secure arrivalsMaintain strict confidentiality regarding executive schedules, business discussions, and proprietary informationDemonstrate continuous situational awareness and prioritize passenger safety at all timesCoordinate closely with executive assistants and administrative staff to manage evolving calendarsMaintain vehicles in pristine, executive-ready condition at all timesTrack and maintain up-to-date records for insurance, registration, inspections, and service historyProvide occasional personal driving support for principals as requestedAssist passengers in and out of the vehicle when appropriatePerform additional driving-related duties as neededRequirements:Strong command of English language; outstanding writing and verbal skillsExcellent references required from both current and previous employersMinimum 5+ years of experience as a corporate or executive driverProven experience supporting senior leadership or high-level executivesVerified security background; experience in protective services, law enforcement, military, or corporate security environments REQUIREDValid Driver’s License with a clean driving record - zero pointsCDL with Passenger Endorsement a plus, but not requiredAdvanced defensive driving skills and strong knowledge of Tri-State traffic patternsPolished, professional demeanor with exceptional discretion and judgmentExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProficiency with Outlook, iPhone, GPS navigation systems, and related technologyPhysically able to assist passengers in and out of the vehicleLegally authorized to work in the United States for any employerSalary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year; possible discretionary, performance based annual bonusBenefits: Full, Non-contributoryAll salary offers are Depending On Experience, References, and the results of Federal Background Report.
