Lead Quantum Engineer, Systems Performance

Overview In this role you’ll lead a cross-functional team to shape Rigetti’s technical roadmap for next-gen quantum hardware. You’ll own delivery of key superconducting qubit technologies and drive performance and scalability at system level. You’ll design and run experiments to validate new directions and collaborate to close critical technology gaps. This is a high-ownership leadership role at the forefront of quantum computing hardware, with impact across teams and the company’s mission to advance practical quantum computing.
