Bar Security

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Bar Security Personnel to join our team at Saddlerock Wine & Beer Co. As a Bar Security Personnel, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patrons and staff, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.Responsibilities:Monitor the premises to prevent theft, violence, or any unauthorized activityEnforce crowd control and maintain order during busy periodsConduct regular security checks of the bar area, including entrances, exits, and restricted areasVerify the age and identification of customers to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirementsHandle any disruptive or unruly behavior promptly and professionallyCollaborate with bar staff and management to address any security concerns or issuesRespond to emergency situations, administer first aid when necessary, and contact emergency services as requiredKeep detailed records of incidents, accidents, and security-related activitiesRequirements:Proven experience as a security personnel, preferably in a bar or nightlife environmentExcellent observation and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and composed in stressful situationsKnowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to alcohol service and securityPhysical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periodsCPR and First Aid certification preferredMust be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysPowered by JazzHROw2nNZeFy4
