Key Responsibilities
Manage the order process for National accounts and ensure timely handling of orders
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, educating them on how the company can enhance their business efficiency
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of sales experience; equipment sales experience is a plus
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in building and nurturing customer relationships
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay informed on products and services
Equipment knowledge experience preferred
