We’re currently looking for: Responsible for managing the design, implementation and operation of computer network infrastructure supporting RingCentral's cloud business communications solutions.To succeed in this role you must meet the following requirements:Own the infrastructure roadmap and drive modernization, scalability, security and operational excellenceLead teams across cloud, systems and network functionsTrack team performance metrics, coaching and training to manage staff performance, developOversee cloud, identity, virtualization, storage and compute environmentsEnsure reliability and performance of enterprise networks, firewalls, VPN, SD, WAN and WiFiPartner with Security team to implement zero-trust, identity governance and complianceLead infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations and lifecycle operationsManage budgets, vendor relationships, contracts and cost optimizationCommunicate risks,priorities and progress to executives and cross-functional stakeholdersServing as network subject matter and policy expertContinuously identifying and leveraging new technologies or methodologiesEnsuring operation of the Global RingCentral Corporate network environmentDeveloping standards, procedures and other documentation to guide Infrastructure team members in performance of their functionProviding direction and training for other network engineers and administratorsDesired Qualifications:U.S. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus two (2) years of related experience, or U.S. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience, is required.
