Machine Operator
This position is entry level. The employee will train to perform duties such as programming at the machine, set-up, machining parts, and process documentation.
Job experience is preffered, but not required. Starting pay is based on previous experience.
1st shift position (Mon-Fri)
Duties:
Set up and run CNC mills and lathes with accuracy and efficiency
Load materials and parts and make necessary offsets or adjustments to maintain part quality
Read and interpret blueprints, and drawings
Perform first‑piece inspections on setups and parts as trained
Optimize production rates while maintaining established quality levels
Complete accurate documentation including setup sheets, part counts, and production records
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
Perform other assigned duties to support machining and production needs
Qualifications:
Experience with CNC lathes and/or mills is preferred
Ability to read, interpret, and adjust G‑code programming is preferred
Proficiency with precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, height stands, and indicators
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Reliable and able to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
