You will own projects from kickoff through launch, build strong client relationships, and lead cross functional teams through challenging work. This is a role for someone who can bring clarity to complexity, make good decisions, and keep people moving in the same direction.What You'll DoLead software implementation projects from kickoff through launchBuild trusted relationships with clientsOwn project plans, budgets, scope, risks, and timelinesLead cross functional teams and remove roadblocksNavigate tough conversations and competing prioritiesKeep clients and internal teams informed and alignedHelp us continuously improve how we deliver projectsWhat We're Looking For5+ years leading software implementation projectsExperience in consulting or client facing deliveryStrong project ownership and a track record of delivering resultsExcellent communication and facilitation skillsComfortable working with both clients and technical teamsAble to bring structure to ambiguity without creating unnecessary bureaucracyProactive, curious, and comfortable making decisionsExperience with government agencies, environmental software, Agile, Jira, or a PMP is a plus.Why Windsor?Meaningful work.
