Sales Operations AssistantPrimary FunctionThe Sales Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Sales Operations team by managing administrative processes, customer data, reporting, and credit activities while maintaining a strong focus on the internal/external customer experience. This role helps to ensure efficient back-office support for the sales team while contributing to a positive customer experience and business growth.ResponsibilitiesCustomer & System Administration (Oracle)Set up and maintain customer and ISC location dataValidate and manage “Ship To” address informationPartner with internal teams on system updates as neededSales & Commission ReportingPrepare and distribute monthly commission statements and supporting documentationGenerate and distribute Manufacturers Representative sales reportsSupport customer transfer requestsCustomer Credits & ClaimsReview and process customer credit requests (promotional, damage, goodwill, co-op)Maintain credit and claims databasesCreate and issue credits in OracleAudit monthly claim backs and prepare for approvalReporting & AnalysisMaintain opportunity/loss reportingProvide competitive warranty and pricing supportAdditional responsibilities may be assigned by the Senior Manager, Business Operations.Job Requirements3–5 years of business, sales support, or customer service experienceBachelor’s degree in business or related field preferredAdvanced Excel skills required (certifications preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Basic Oracle knowledge preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication skills across all organizational levelsAbility to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyCustomer-focused with a positive, professional attitudeWillingness to support team needs beyond defined responsibilitiesAbility to travel up to 5% (minimal overnight travel)About The CompanyBradford White is a full-line manufacturer of residential, commercial, and industrial water heating, space heating, combination heating, and storage products.
