Machine Operator Location: Arnold, MO Schedule: Monday - Friday| 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM Starting Pay: $16.00/hr READ BEFORE APPLYING ✔ Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience required ✔ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required ✔ Able to stand for an entire shift ✔ Able to lift up to 50 lbs. ✔ Reliable transportation required ✔ Consistent attendance is mandato This is a hands-on manufacturing position requiring previous machine operating experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and reliable attendance. PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility located in Arnold, MO. This role is ideal for individuals with experience troubleshooting equipment, monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, and working in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production goals Perform machine start-ups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting Monitor product quality and make necessary process corrections Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or production concerns Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and specifications Complete machine changeovers and setup activities as assigned Maintain production records and end-of-shift documentation Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and team members to ensure efficient production Perform routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company quality and safety procedures Requirements Previous machine operator, manufacturing, production, or process technician experience required Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to identify quality issues and make process adjustments Experience working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to follow detailed instructions and production requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining productivity Physical Requirements Stand and walk for the duration of the shift Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift materials Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
