Role Description The Card & ATM Operations Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Santa Barbara, CA. In this position, you will oversee daily card and ATM operations, manage processes to ensure optimal efficiency, and maintain compliance with credit union policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing card program audits, resolving escalated customer service issues, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and implementing operational improvements. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to provide excellent service and support both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management, including the ability to oversee workflows, manage teams, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Proficiency in Analytical Skills, such as problem-solving, data interpretation, and identifying process improvements.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, aimed at delivering a positive experience for both team members and credit union members.Proven experience managing card services, ATM operations, and/or similar financial service systems is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.Familiarity with credit union operations, banking services, and industry regulations is a plus.
